Jobtoolz uses cookies for the following reasons:
- To enable the functioning of the Jobtoolz website (and its customers' job sites).
- To improve the operation and content of the Jobtoolz website (and its customers' job sites).
- To provide visitors of the Jobtoolz website (and its customers' job sites) with relevant marketing and content.
3. Which cookies does Jobtoolz use?
3.1. Necessary functional cookies
These cookies are essential for visiting the website and ensuring its proper functioning. They allow you, for example, to access the system via secure communications, various sections of the website or fill in forms. Without these cookies, the website may not work at all or may not function optimally for the core services being offered.
Some necessary functional cookies will also be added by third parties who are partners for integrations with Jobtoolz, such as

iFrames can be included in the jobsites to embed functionality from parties such as Youtube, Spotify, Strava, …These integrations can also set cookies specific to the provider that are necessary to provide the right functionality.

3.2 Marketing and analytics cookies
We also use cookies to enable advertisements for services which are not available on Jobtoolz and which are relevant to your interests.
These cookies are added by third parties to our website and allow certain functionalities linked to these third parties to be integrated into the website, such as video services, social media buttons, performance metrics, usage metrics or advertisements.
Thanks to these cookies, you can log in to your accounts on social media sites such as
Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and share certain content on social media (functions like share, like, etc.), as well as allowing third parties to deliver relevant ad content and to measure the effectiveness of these adverts and marketing material.
These cookies do not give us access to your social media accounts or the data you store within them. The use or interaction with social media buttons or features is subject to the respective rules of the social media channel - Jobtoolz has no control over these rules.
Furthermore, Jobtoolz uses pixels, including the Facebook pixel, which allows Jobtoolz to deliver relevant content or personalized advertisements.
Hotjar and
Wonderkind cookies are also included for the purpose of usage tracking and job campaigns, respectively.
- Jobtoolz Google Tag Manager feature
Jobtoolz has a
Google Tag Manager feature built into the application which allows the recruitment personnel/companies posting jobs on Jobtoolz, to incorporate tag management into their job sites. This means that additional cookies can be added to assist the recruiters in checking the performance and usage metrics for their applicants; providers can include
Facebook,
Google,
LinkedIn,
HubSpot or any other providers whom the jobapp user has configured in their Google Tag Manager configuration.
- Jobtoolz Page Builder feature
Jobtoolz has a Page Builder feature built into the application which allows the recruitment personnel/companies posting jobs, to put together a Job Site which allows applicants to see and apply to the available vacancies. This means that recruitment personnel/companies can choose to include any number of Page Builder segments via iframe, which have the potential to place additional cookies based on the site they are linking to. Providers are potentially limitless, examples would include
Strava,
YouTube,
HubSpot or any other others whom the jobapp user has configured in their Page Builder.
Tracking pixels are also called counting pixels or pixel tags. A tracking pixel is a 1x1 pixel graphic. With the help of a tracking pixel, user activities can be tracked or understood. We are using Meta (facebook) pixels where the data generated will be used to improve career pages and to allow advertisement of vacancies to the right audience. Jobtoolz commits to not disclosing the data obtained from cookies to third parties unless otherwise required by law or with explicit consent from the concerned party. This data will be used exclusively for internal purposes, such as improving website functionality, personalizing user experience, and analyzing trends and statistics. The company will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the obtained data and will not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose it to third parties unless explicitly agreed upon with the individual concerned.
6. Can I disable/block cookies?
